Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us through info@marlux-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note:

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Returned items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags attached.
